When the author's acclaimed novel about a retiree's travels was transformed into a 2023 film, it included several lovely tracks by the folk musician. More recently, singer-songwriter Passenger delivered the music and lyrics for the stage adaptation, which will relocate to the West End in January. Passenger's album of track versions, One for the Road – with extra songs that were cut from the musical and a collaboration from Jack Wolfe, who acted as the show's Balladeer – is currently available to view digitally.
